Commitment to our People: In an industry known for high turnover, several of our drivers and movers have been with us for more than 10 years and many for more than 5. Most of our consultants and several of our customer care staff have been with us for 20-25 years (or more!). With experience like this you can expect professional skill and knowledge that will give you the best possible service. Excellence through Training: To uphold our high standards of customer service and workplace safety, we invest in training.  When the busy summer months arrive, our core staff need help. We hire summer workers to meet this demand. Because we believe our service to you should be uncompromising, even when there are newer staff on the crew, we provide intensive orientation and comprehensive hands-on skills training well before our summer hires head out for their first job; newer movers are matched with experienced mentors and their duties reflect their level of experience and skill. Happily we see many of our summer movers return year after year.

Be prepared: Whether it’s ensuring our service agents and moving consultants have the tools and information needed to answer your questions about moving - costs, liability, paperwork, timing, and types of service; knowing that our crew arrives at your home with a properly equipped truck and the resources they need to complete your move on time; or even regularly certifying that staff are up to date in all relevant credentials and service records; proactive preparation is our watchword. We want to save you time and money by delivering service as professionally and efficiently as possible. We cross the “t”s and dot the “i”s so you get our best selves.

Accountability: Our mission, every time, is to provide A Great Move, but occasionally, we make a mistake and we fall short of our goal.
